Adventure

So I went on a little adventure today!

A few friends and I got into our cars and decided to drive until we found a spot to go cliff jumping.

By far one of the most exhilarating activities I've done this summer 

Some rides in universal could not compare to the awesomeness of flying through the air. 

I did 3 jumps the one in the picture is the 2nd highest. 

Maybe 3 years ago I would just watch my friends do it. 

But I realized when I stood on the sidelines I went home regretting not taking part of the fun.

Now I know this isn't fun for everyone. 

It's dangerous.

It hurt. 

It's a far jump. 

But I ironically find enjoyment in it. 

Of course if others didn't go before me and If I didn't know I would be safe after falling in the water I most likely wouldn't have jumped.

Friends.

So I have been going through some rough times lately... 

Probably some typical teenage drama. 

But I have this one best friend who keeps on telling me that my struggles could be 

      " a blessing in disguise "

She has encouraged me this week and I have found out how much we actually help each other when it seems no one is around us. 

I thank God for friends like these that listen to what I say and I pray that I can be that friend to them. 

Friends have really helped me get through life, some more than others.

Friends have made me make some difficult decisions about life. 

Friends have taught me that I can't trust everyone.

Friends have left me with a smile that can't be erased. 

Friends have left me in thought about our friendship. 

Friends have left me with the best memories. 

Friends have been there when I need them the most. 

It takes time to know what a true friend really is...
